a bit of nightmare plotting!
After reading about the Minotaur's labyrinth, I immediately wanted to go too far with it, so. This is a plotting post to that effect!
Mary has absolutely no self-preservation instinct, and he isn't going to think twice about touching those bones. He's also a vampire who already has issues with blood lust and hunger. While he won't be fully infected, he will be overwhelmed by the sudden urge to eat all of your lovely characters, and he has the fangs to do it too.
Since character death is kind of a big deal that most people want permission for (even in a dream world), anyone who is cool with Mary killing off their character in the dream can comment here, and we can figure out how to make this happen! The same applies to anyone who wants to kill Mary to reset him! Please stop the poor boy.

Just it happening via vampire power and bite will do that. He was once held and tortured and fed on by a group of vampires for hours, with hints that they did more than feed on him as well until he summoned the strength to annihilate some of them.
So he will freak the hell out, after, yes. A lot.
He also has been studying this place and will understand that vampires here, mostly, as not doing this sort of thing by choice. Not that that will make him want to see Mary again, after, but yes.

He'll definitely feel responsible, but I can play the follow-up in any number of ways. He'll be terrified afterward, but without any idea of what the right action would be, he could immediately seek out Harry after the dream to make up for it or just flat out try to run away forever. Whatever works best for how you want Harry to progress.

So, Mary could come see him post-dream, for much trauma and not blaming, and Harry flailing, and Harry will do his best, past his panic, to assure Mary he does not blame him. Especially since it was in a dream, too, and harry knows those are even more insane than reality.
And then Harry will find a corner, and some alcohol and climb into both and not come out for awhile. But he will eventually find a way forward. He has trauma on top of trauma, and he is like Rocky Balboa in that, he finds ways to keep getting up, eventually.
This will also push harry more on his path to medicine, and wanting to help those stuck in this nightmare.

mary’s free to dream-kill rei - rei actually comes from an insular family with a vampiric illness (can’t go out in sunlight, can consume blood as sustenance, Look like stereotypical vampires, etc), so if mary is visibly out of control/clearly starving, a sense of sympathy + knowledge that this is only a dream might cause rei to willingly let mary feed from him, if you’re interested in playing with that?
granted, rei might not mean to let mary feed off him until rei Dies, but, hey, accidents happen right, (rei’s not likely to hold it against him later, either - though he’s likely to scold him for letting things get out of hand like that; a lighter scolding is likely if mary seems to feel bad, tbh)

Mary wouldn't be in his right mind at the time, so he wouldn't be able to appreciate that he was getting a willing meal in the moment, but afterwards. Oh afterwards. That would bother him immensely, and he would be desperate to make it up to poor Rei.
Scolding and the subsequent cr would be amazing.
